Established in 1996, Tex ATC Division — part of manufacturing group Tex Holdings plc — is based in the UK and consists of two subsidiaries:

Tex ATC Services, a niche engineering group who specialize in the design, manufacture and installation of Visual Control Rooms (VCR’s) for both civilian and military applications worldwide. Tex ATC Services have been employed as specialist consultants on more than 10 International projects including Manchester Airport (UK), Mina Mussafah Harbour, Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates), Muscat International Airport (Oman) and RAFO Thumrait (Oman).

Tex Special Projects, design and fabricate specialist engineering solutions, and undertake research and development for leading edge engineering consultancies. Projects include radio frequency-blocking glazing for both civilian and military applications, flying control rooms for the Royal Navy Queen Elizabeth Class Aircraft Carriers and special projects for the Indian Navy.
